And, of course, my spindles!!
I feel like I found my calling when I learned how to spin. Spinning is meditative, wonderfully relaxing, and yet productive! The rhythm of my hands and feet working together and the hum of the wheel as it works, never fails to soothe my mind and helps bring peace to the toughest days. Prayer goes naturally with spinning. :o} Most of the wheels here are used daily. They're each different, valuable in they're own ways. We love to teach others the basics and spread the joy of spinning. It's not difficult, but it IS addicting.
My tiny traveling wheel!
